To create a custom size envelope:

1. Open the envelope project that you want to resize.
2. Go to the File menu and select the Page Setup option.
3. On the Page Setup window, set the Width and Height to match the size of envelope. Once that is set properly, click the OK button.
4. Resize and reposition the elements on the envelope so they fit within the new envelope size.
